Usage: Hair Cream:: Apply to clean wet or dry hair in small amounts

Heating Cap:: First Apply Hair Cream. Put the shower cap on before putting on the heating cap to keep Heat Cap clean. Select heating time and temperature according to your personal preference. Repeat steps 2-3 times a week for best results
